Working with Cushman & Wakefield, NBK Architects, Zinc and Townmore. Neat Design we employed to produce a full marketing 3D Visualisation Pack for Ballast House, Dublin.

Generating 3D marketing views for this high profile property, Neat Design ensured the exterior visuals displayed Ballast House in its prime setting along Aston Quay and Westmoreland Street over looking O'Connell bridge whilst in turn retaining the character of this unique property. Alternatively the interior cgi visuals needed to be clean, light and modern.
