Neat Design worked with PKA and Limerick County Council to provide full planning CGI views for the proposed Part 8 Planning submission at Clonmacken, Limerick.

The development consists of 43no. units which includes for 17no. Houses and 26no. Apartments / duplexes. The resulting CGI views where generated based on agreed architects drawings and provide a full suite of visuals for the proposed development.
